We survey before we advise.
Carto Commercial is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and development firm in Lexington, Kentucky. The name comes from cartography, the discipline of making unfamiliar ground legible enough to act on. The client walks the ground. Carto draws the map. We never invert that.
Three business lines: Brokerage, Development, and Management. Carto Residential is a division. Ross Boggess is the Principal Broker. We are full-service, never boutique, because the work spans the transaction and the building and the ground, and a boutique cannot hold all three.
We work in metes and bounds, in a state where the deed and the plat govern and the ground truth verifies the record. We measure what is actually there, read it against the zoning and the market, verify it in the field, and close when the numbers reconcile.
Thirty minutes. You tell us the ground. We ask the questions the record cannot answer.
We survey, overlay, and verify. You receive a written plan with the numbers attached.
We move through the work and close when the lines meet and the books reconcile.
